OSHC Worldcare supports Monash University in building safer communities
OSHC Worldcare has proudly contributed to Monash University’s Safer Community research, led by researcher and Manger Community Services, Sally Trembath Hastings.
The ‘Safer Community’ program is designed to provide a relevant and useful framework that academic institutions can utilise for early identification, prevention and appropriate responses to a range of personal risk situations.
The key outcome of the initiative has been the creation of resources that provide Monash staff and students with a guide to recognising behaviours in order to prevent escalation to violence or other serious incidents.
