Our assistance coordinators remain in constant contact with customers during an incident. It’s not simply about providing quick service—the customer will know exactly what to expect.
If a breakdown is related to a flat battery and the battery has run out of life, we sell our own batteries and these are installed and provide up to three years of warranty.
